As part of the 10th Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit (VGGS) Prime Minister Narendra Modi will engage with the leaders of global fintech companies at the Global Fintech Leadership Forum’ scheduled for January 10, 2024, according to a report by ANI. The three day Summit will bring together senior representatives from major global companies like Google, IBM, Accenture, Amazon Pay, Standard & Poor’s (S&P), and more.
The first day of the Summit, January 10th will be based on Industry 4.0 Spearheading the Industrial Revolution followed by Technology and Innovation- Drivers of Inclusive Growth on January 11th and Transitioning Towards Sustainability on January 12th.
Outlining the significance of this forum, Tapan Ray, Managing Director and Group CEO of GIFT City shared the insights stating that each global fintech leader would present their future project prospects to the Prime Minister. The aim of this initiative is to strengthen collaboration and foster innovation in the financial technology sector.
“This edition of Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit will bring together Heads of Governments, Leading National and International Business Leaders, Policy Makers, Economists, Multilateral Institutions, Academicians and Innovators from across the world,” the brochure of the Summit informed.
The inaugural session of the event will also feature Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, Finance Minister of Gujarat Government Kanubhai Desai, Hasmukh Adhia, Chairman of GIFT City, and K. Rajaraman, Chairman of IFSCA.
