Paytm, India’s leading payments and financial services provider, on Tuesday launched the country’s first ‘Paytm NFC Card Soundbox.’ This innovative payment solution, combines NFC technology with mobile QR payments, offers an affordable card payment option for millions of offline merchants.

The new NFC Card Soundbox by Paytm marks a significant advancement in mobile payments, democratizing access to secure NFC card-reading technology for small shops. With this device, merchants can accept a wide range of payment methods, including credit and debit cards and UPI. Customers can conveniently tap a card or scan a QR code to make payments.

This device boasts a longer battery life of up to 10 days, reducing the need for frequent charging. Alongside its primary features of instant audio confirmation and a display screen for transaction amounts, the Paytm NFC Card Soundbox enhances the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of merchants’ daily operations.
