Dubai Fintech Summit 2024: Visa steps up as founding partner and co-host

Visa, a digital payments company, has become a founding partner and co-host of the Dubai Fintech Summit (DFS), organized by the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Visa’s partnership with DFS through a strategic three-year agreement, shows its strong commitment to the fintech community. 

The company is supporting fintechs through its initiatives like Fast Track programme, Accelerators and Visa Everywhere, providing them with the necessary resources and personalised tools to create innovative solutions needed to enhance the digital economy for consumers and businesses, according to a report by ANI.

Aligned with Dubai’s D33 Agenda, which aims to make Dubai one of the top four global financial hubs by 2033, the second Dubai Fintech Summit focuses on fostering international cooperation and innovation in fintech. This event offers a chance to learn about the latest trends in fintech and their role in advancing the financial sector in the MEASA region.

Scheduled for May 6-7, 2024, at Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai, the summit will gather more than 8000 decision makers, 300 thought leaders, and 200 exhibitors to showcase the latest technologies.

The summit is set to explore significant topics such as the future of fintech, embedded and open finance, climate finance, Web3, and digital assets, establishing itself as a platform for discussing industry challenges and promoting innovation.
